Site work, outdoor lighting and renovation of a mixed-use development in Saint-Constant, Quebec. Design plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; for outdoor lighting for a playground / park / athletic field; and for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.
Upgrades, repairs and improvements to the city Des Jardins park. The scope of work will include: - Upgrades to the park structures; - Redevelopment of the baseball field; - Creation creation a green promenade; - Integration of meeting points and - Development of a rest area. TIMELINE: The owner has awarded professional consultants for the project design and construction work monitoring. Preliminary studies and conceptual planning are underway. Preliminary plans are expected to begin in early summer 2024. Schedules for further project development are being finalized. Note. Project implementation will be phased and extended over the years 2024-2027.
