This solicitation is to establish a contract for General Contracting Services for San Angelo District. Tentative Date for Contract Award: 4/10/2024 1. Description of Services: This solicitation is to establish a contract for General Contracting Services for San Angelo District. General contractor will provide labor, materials and equipment for facility maintenance and repairs, including but not limited to renovations, masonry, concrete, irrigation, commercial flooring, renovations, tree removal/trimming and emergency carpet and room cleaning. 2. Term of Service: The initial term of the contract shall commence upon execution of the contract by TxDOT and expires on April 9, 2025 with the option to renew for three one year periods at TxDOT's sole discretion. TxDOT will provide an intent to renew notice, in writing, 30 calendar days prior to expiration of the current term.
