Site work and paving for a civil project in Lake Wisconsin, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; for paving for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; and road / highway.
**As of May 15, 2024, the project was awarded to Payne & Dolan, Inc. in the amount of $238,804.20 .** Pulverizing and resurfacing Slack Road from CTH V to the end of the road, approximately 3,636 ft. Other work includes, install 135 feet of culverts, 216' of curb & gutter, shouldering, ditching, excavation, restoration, and erosion control. Substantial Completion has been changed to October 25, 2024 for this project The Contract award shall be made based on the lowest responsive and responsible Bidder. No proposal will be accepted unless accompanied by a certified check or bid bond equal to at least 5% of the amount bid, payable to the owner as a guarantee that if the bid is accepted the bidder will execute the project contract. The bid bond will be returned to the bidder once the contract has been signed. The Town of West Point reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any technicality and to accept any bid that it deems advantageous. All bids shall remain subject to acceptance for forty-five (45) days after the time set for bid opening.
