Site Directions: Maria Drive, Vincent Street, & Walker Street - Stevens Point, WI Est. Completion Date: Oct. 31, 2024 The Bid must be accompanied by Bid security made payable to OWNER in an amount of 5% of the Bidders maximum Bid price. The City of Stevens Point reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive any technicality, Estimated Range $8,000,000-$9,000,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
