2024 Old Elm and Port Clinton Playground Replacement Project Old Elm Park, 3420 Krenn Avenue, Highland Park, IL 60035 Port Clinton Park, 2627 St. Johns Avenue, Highland Park, IL 60035 The Park District of Highland Park is accepting sealed bids for the 2024 PORT CLINTON AND OLD ELM PLAYGROUND REPLACEMENT PROJECT. This work shall include replacement of existing playground equipment with owner supplied play equipment. The work will include removals, asphalt paving, concrete flatwork, playground surfacing and amenities, grading, landscape and restoration, and associated work. The Park Board of the Park District of Highland Park reserves the right to reject any or all bids in full or in part, if it shall deem it in the public interest to do so. In submitting a bid, Contractor acknowledges that Contractor must comply with all requirements of the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act and all other applicable Illinois laws.
