The Region requires all-inclusive fully comprehensive Elevator Maintenance and Repair Services of the elevator systems, in order to: ensure proper due diligence in industry standard best practice and legislative compliance prolong the life of the equipment and minimize breakdowns maintain reliability, high efficiency and conserve energy and resources identify and repair any concerns in a timely and cost effective manner to ensure all systems are operating at 100%. Elevator maintenance and repairs services shall include, but is not limited to: Preventive Maintenance (PM) services on a scheduled basis: Periodic inspection and specified services Demand Maintenance (DM) and Emergency Services on an as and when required basis: Trouble shooting, repairs and replacements o Supply of parts and materials o Emergency services Other related services, as requested by the Region, above and beyond PM services Question Deadline: Wed Mar 27, 2024 4:00:00 PM (EDT) Duration in months: 96
