Reference number : 1815087 Deadline for receiving complaints: 2024-04-02 Electronically transmitted submission accepted: No The Municipality of St-Zacharie requires bids for the collection and transportation of residual materials on its territory according to the following options: Option 1A : Contract for a period of three and a half (3 1/2 ) years for the period beginning on June 16, 2024 at 12:00 a.m. and ending on December 31, 2027 at 11:59 p.m., including 26 pickings annually ; Option 1B : Contract for a period of three and a half (3 1/2 ) years for the period beginning on June 16, 2024 at 12:00 a.m. and ending on December 31, 2027 at 11:59 p.m., comprising 30 pickings annually ; Option 2A : Contract for a period of five and a half ( 5 1/2 ) years for the period beginning on June 16, 2024 at 12:00 a.m. and ending on December 31, 2029 at 11:59 p.m., including 26 pickings annually; Option 2B : Contract for a period of five and a half ( 5 1/2 ) years for the period beginning on June 16, 2024 at 12:00 a.m. and ending on December 31, 2029 at 11:59 p.m., including 26 pickings annually. Three (3) years' experience in collecting and transporting residual materials is required of all bidders. The contract will be awarded, where applicable, according to the option that may be retained by the Municipality Council, at its sole discretion. The Municipality does not undertake to accept the lowest bid, nor any of the bids received, and it declines all liability towards any of the bidders in the event of rejection of all bids. The Municipality cannot be bound in any other way than by a resolution of its council.
