Reference number: 1824005 Deadline for receiving complaints: 2024-04-02 The OMHM is issuing a public call for tenders for work to replace doors, windows, balconies and related work at Habitations Workman-Delisle B, located at 575 Atwater Avenue in Montreal, in the South-West borough. The project involves carrying out all work in accordance with the contract documents. Without limitation, the scope of work includes: -Complete replacement of exterior doors and windows; -The addition of a new canopy and the replacement of the main entrance door; -Replacement of the front balconies including the structure and guardrails; -The replacement of rear exit passageways and staircases with a galvanized steel structure and components; -Spot repairs and repointing of brick; -Replacement of kitchen hoods including ventilation ducts; -Cleaning the ventilation and exhaust ducts of the dryer; -Replacement of the intercom system; -Repair and improvement of exterior lighting; -Improvement of landing lighting and emergency lighting; -Patching and sealing cracks in concrete foundation walls. -The general contractor must coordinate with Énergir the work to move the underground gas pipe behind the building. The work will be carried out in a three (3) storey building comprising a total of six (6) housing units intended for families. The building is part of a real estate complex comprising three (3) buildings.
