It offers the widest choice of training in North America with more than 250 undergraduate programs and more than 350 graduate programs . The University's 13 faculties and schools cover all areas of knowledge, from music to natural sciences, including law, human sciences and health. The University's Procurement and Contract Management Department is conducting this call for tenders in collaboration with the Technical Services Division of the Buildings Department (DI) and the Information Technology Department (IT) in order to effectively fulfill the this mandate. This call for tenders concerns the maintenance of numerous air conditioners distributed across the various sites of the University of the Campus of Montreal, Outremont and Laval. Current maintenance is done through different service providers. The objective of this call for tenders is to retain the services of a service provider to provide air conditioner maintenance services and to meet the air conditioner maintenance needs of administrative units located in the various sites of the University of Campuses in Montreal, Outremont and Laval.
