The Newton County Schools Systems is looking for a construction management firm (CM), who will work collaboratively with the civil engineering team, architectural team and NCSS to ensure the school system's vision and budget are achieved. The firm must be prepared to provide the expertise, resources and personnel experience in project planning, cost management, project control, pre-construction and construction techniques, value-engineering analysis, scheduling and quality assurance throughout the planning and construction phases of the project.
