The Owner (Regional District of Kitimat-Stikine or RDKS) invites proposals from qualified professional to provide consulting services to review and provide a closure plan for the Kitwanga Landfill. Scope of the project includes review of background information and develop an updated closure plan including mitigation to the leachate breakout at the landfill site. The scope also includes a new layout for the transfer station and assist RDKS in getting approval from ENV. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time
