The West Warren-Viola Utility District is requesting statements of qualifications from Engineering firms interested in providing services on future Water & Wastewater System Improvement Projects. Duties to be performed by the selected firm will include Preliminary Engineering, Engineering Design, Bid Phase Activities and Construction Inspection. The selected engineering firm will complete Preliminary Engineering phases, Design phases, Bid phase activities, and Construction/Engineering Inspection activities for various capital improvement projects for the utility district. Specifically, the selected engineer will need to be experienced in SRF, ARC, IPG, USDA- Rural Development and particularly TDEC Water Resources- American Rescue Plan(ARP) & State Water Infrastructure Grants Program projects. The Statement of Qualifications should include the following: 1) Representative listing of recent projects and clients in subject field. 2) Familiarity with the types of projects applicable to utility districts. 3) Familiarity with local conditions. 4) Availability of staff 5) Resume of key personnel expected to be involved in the projects.
