Project Summary: Architecture and engineering services for the design of a new 24-hour Dining Commons facility, located north of Cougar Village I and west of Lynn Eusan Park. This 71,400 GSF, 3-story building aims to accommodate the University's growing student population. Key objectives include creating an iconic presence visible from Lynn Eusan Park, establishing a community hub, and offering diverse culinary experiences. The facility will house a loading dock, food storage, stateof-the-art kitchen, multi-level serveries, dining spaces, outdoor dining, and an administrative suite for Auxiliary Services at the University of Houston Main Campus Procurement Method: Selection will be made in accordance with Tex. Gov't. Code 2254.004. HUB Goal: 21.1% Budget. The Total Project Cost ("TPC") is $64,000,000. Owner reserves the right to increase and/or decrease the CCL and TPC in its sole discretion. The TPC includes a Construction Cost Limitation ("CCL") of $48,000,000. Fees, furnishings, equipment, other work, miscellaneous expenses, and contingencies make up the balance of the TPC.
