The proposed contract requires Contract Monitoring and Implementation services supporting the BCTS engineering program located across all operating areas in the Okanagan-Columbia Business Area. The contract will require qualified professionals and technical staff working in various conditions including isolated areas. Monitoring and Implementation works will include but not be limited to conducting inspections of active engineering contracts at various work sites including construction, maintenance, deactivation, and bridge projects; being designated the Coordinating Registered Professional (CRP) and/or the Professional of Record (POR) as defined in the Guidelines for Professional Services in the Forest Sector – Forest Roads and Guidelines for Professional Services in the Forest Sector – Crossings V.3 for specific sites or projects as needed, completing inspection forms for each project visit; supervising work sites as required; completing field reviews and preparing simple road deactivation plans; completing road inspections; and general support of the Columbia Zone Engineering Program. Contract deliverables will be planned for completion throughout the fiscal year to meet the business area quarterly targets. Projects will be completed concurrently as per the approved work progress plan and schedules.
