Reference number : 1809635 Deadline for receiving complaints: 2024-03-25 Electronically transmitted submission accepted: Yes, via the SEAO, with a document The CONTRACTOR, hereinafter called the Reseau de Transport de Longueuil (RTL), is a public transport company operating mainly in the territory of the Longueuil agglomeration. RTL operations are spread over two sites; the Vieux-Longueuil operations center (hereinafter referred to as CEVL) located at 1160, boulevard Marie-Victorin in the Vieux-Longueuil district, and the Saint-Hubert operations center (CESH) made up of buildings 1 (hereinafter -hereinafter named CESH-1) and 2 (hereinafter named CESH-2), both located at 5120, boulevard Grande-Allee at the corner of rue Bellevue in the borough of Saint-Hubert. The RTL carries out mechanical maintenance and refueling of its vehicles within its operating centers. Consequently, the operating centers are equipped with gutters to collect, treat and direct the various used and contaminated fluids towards the treatment system, in particular the oil separator. Used fluids come in different types such as used antifreeze, fuel, used oil and are considered hazardous materials within the meaning of the Environmental Quality Act and its associated regulations.
