The Town of Morrisville, NC (hereinafter referred to as the "Town") is soliciting proposals from qualified contractors for the purpose of creating of four (4) new cubicle offices in the Public Safety & Municipal Services Building located at 260 Town Hall Drive in Morrisville, NC. With the Town growing rapidly, so must the Police Department. What is needed is four new offices for the Investigation Division. The project will remove three old offices of cubicle material and replace it with four newly furnished offices using modern cubicle materials. The contracted provider will be responsible for the following (but not limited to): o Furnish all labor, materials and services to design, remove old materials and install office cubicles. o Review the space set aside for the placement of four new cubicle offices. o Develop a plan that will have four offices fit into that space musing a common floor plan for all four offices. o Within this plan, include all specific requirements as listed in section Specific Office Space Requirements below in the design of the office layout for Town approval. o Obtain any necessary permits (the Town does not charge for Town projects). o Remove the cubicle material of three old offices and discard offsite. o Install four new cubicle offices per the approved design. o Ensure all applicable safety procedures are followed and the work area is maintained in a safe condition. o Clean the work area of construction dirt, dust and debris daily
