The work center will be on the right. Scope of Work (summarized): The scope of this project is to improve functionality of the breakroom and create a bathroom in the work center. The upgrades include the repair, replacement, or demolition of existing interior walls, erect new interior walls, install lift station, and completing associated electrical, plumbing and painting. The contractor shall furnish all labor, tools, and equipment necessary for the proper execution of the work in accordance with local, state, and national codes and complete the project in an acceptable manner, ready for use, occupancy, or operation by the owner.
