3/25/2024 Last day for questions, clarifications, and/or requested changes to bid Any questions, clarifications, and/or requested changes shall be submitted by an individual authorized to commit their
organization to the Terms and Conditions of this bid and shall be received in writing at the Bureau of Purchase and Property no
later than 4:00 PM on the date listed in the timeline below. Questions shall not be submitted to anyone other than the
Purchasing Agent or his/her representative. Bidders that submit questions verbally or in writing to any other State entity or
State personnel shall be found in violation of this part and may be found non-compliant.
Questions shall be submitted by email to JAMES POULIN at JAMES.M.POULIN@DAS.NH.GOV.
Submissions shall clearly identify the bid Number, the Vendor's name and address and the name of the person submitting the
question Prior to bidding, it is each Vendor's responsibility to become thoroughly familiar with the site of the intended installation, to
determine everything necessary to accomplish the installation. Failure of the Vendor to make a site visit does not relieve the Vendor
of responsibility to fully understand what is necessary to accomplish a successful and complete installation. Please contact Jim
Minery at 603-419-9451or email at james.c.minery@dos.nh.gov to assess the carpet replacement. Vendor shall supply all labor, tools, transportation, materials, equipment and permits as necessary and required to perform services
as described herein.
o Remove and dispose of all carpets in rooms listed in the F.O.B. Destinations (Cove base has already been removed).
o Install new carpets and new cove base in rooms (Approximate coverage to be installed is 3,000 square feet).
o 24" x 24" tiles, Style: Diffuse, Color: Flutter (59575 75761)
o Install new cove base in rooms
o 4" Cove base with toe - Tarkett/Johnsonite #63 Burnt Umber
o Carpet tiles and cove base must be the same as the above in order to match the rest of the building; alternative offers will
not be accepted as a compliant bid
o Floor plan shown in Attachment 1 Bid Opening.
