Renovation of a municipal facility in Louisville, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
As of May 2, 2024, project was awarded to Aztec Flooring, Inc, but awarded amount is not available. Louisville Metro Government is seeking to award a contract with a Flooring Vendor, herein after known as the "Contractor" to provide new flooring material and installation in various properties owned, operated, or controlled by Metro. Metro reserves the right to cancel this contract should the evaluations be judged poorly or if inconsistencies exist in compliance to the specifications. All insurance requirements including performance and payment bonds shall be furnished the day a contract issued pursuant to this Proposal is awarded.
