Site work and new construction of a sidewalk / parking lot in Purvis, Mississippi. Completed plans call for the construction of a sidewalk / parking lot; and for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Provide labor, materials, tools, equipment, and other necessary items required for the construction of (1) stone parking lot (Longleaf Elementary School) approximately 4,428 square yards in size and (1) stone parking lot (Sumrall School) approximately 9,580 square yards in size and related site work required at each location. A Bid Bond in the amount of 5% of the bid will be required with the proposal. Bidder shall also submit a current financial statement if requested by the Owner. Attorneys-in-fact who signed required bonds must file with each bond a certified and effective dated copy of their power of attorney. Bid proposals shall be submitted in duplicate, sealed and deposited with the Lamar County School District prior to the hour and date above designated. Each bidder shall write his Certificate of Responsibility number and Mississippi License number on the outside of the sealed envelope containing his proposal. Lamar County School District reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to accept any bid deemed to be in the best interest of the School District, and to waive informalities.
