Re-Roofing Project at Ross Collins Career and Technical Center This Work will consist of approximately 31,520 SF of re-roofing which includes demolition to the existing roof deck, replacement of tapered polyiso insulation, and the installation of a new TPO roofing system where indicated on the Plans. Downspouts, scupper drains, and parapet repairs are also included as indicated on the Plans. New roofing shall have a 20-Year NDL Warranty. Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities. Bid proposals are to be submitted in duplicate on the form provided with the bidding documents and must be accompanied by Security in form of Certified Check or Bid Bond in the amount equal to at least 5% of the amount of the base bid, such security to be forfeited as liquidated damages, not penalty, by any bidder who fails to carry out the terms of the base bid, execute Contract, and Post Performance & Payment Bond as required with the time specified. Liquidated Damages to be $300.00 each day that expires after the time specified by the contractor from the Notice to Proceed date to Substantial Completion.
