Demolition, site work and addition to a municipal facility in Dillon, Montana. Completed plans call for the addition of a municipal facility; for the demolition of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
Weed District Building Upgrade and Expansion. All Bids Must Be Accompanied by an Amount of Not Less Than Ten Percent (10%) of the Aggregate of the Bid Proposed in the Form of (a) Lawful Monies of the United States; (B) a Cashier's Check, Certified Check, Bank Money Order or Bank Draft, in Any Case Drawn and Issued by a National Bank Association Located in the State of Montana; (C) a Bid Bond or Bonds Executed by a Surety Corporation Authorized to Do Business in the State of Montana. Successful Bidder Shall Furnish an Approved Performance Bond and a Labor and Materials Performance Bond, Each in the Amount of One Hundred Percent (100%) of the Contract Amount. A Certificate of Insurance in the Amount of One Million Dollars ($1,000,000.00) Shall Be Provided by the Successful Bidder. The Beaverhead County Weed District Has Established a Capital Improvement Program Fund (Cip) With Plans to Upgrade Their Existing Building and Construct a New Weed District Shop, Including Washroom, With a Total Project Size of Approximately One Thousand Five Hundred (1,500) Square Feet. The Project Budget and Costs Are Yet to Be Determined. Beaverhead County Owns the Real Property Upon Which the Upgrades and Expansion Will Take Place (610 South Rife St., Dillon, Montana). Weed District Construction Project Details o Construction of 30' X 50' X 12' Pole Barn Style Building Connected to Existing Shop Facility, Including Specific Requirements for Framing, Insulation, Doors, Windows, Siding, Roofing, Flooring, a 24' X 50' Concrete Apron, Bathrooms, Electrical, and Plumbing. The Beaverhead County Commissioners Reserve the Right to Accept or Reject Any or All Bids Received, to Waive Informalities, and to Accept the Lowest Responsive and Responsible Bid That is in the Best Interest of the County.
