Renovation of a medical facility in Richmond, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.

Vancouver Coastal Health Authority is seeking Expressions of Interest from Proponents who are interested in responding to a detailed Request for Proposal (RFP) for Construction Management Services for the Richmond West Health-Care Facility at Steveston. The facility will include areas for clinical staff as well as spaces for delivery of patient/client care, clinical equipment, administrative services, and IT resources. An updated Schedule of Accommodation (SOA) and Test-Fit plan have been prepared internally by VCH Space Planning team. These will be provided to the interested proponents once an NDA (non-disclosure agreement) has been signed with the Health Authority. During feasibility study, it has been noted that Change of Use Development Permit application will be required to meet VCH requirements and proposed use. Delivery of construction may include Construction Management (CM) for pre-construction services in addition to CCDC Stipulated Fixed Price.
