The bid date has also not yet been determined.** This is a Request for Contractors to Submit Their Qualifications That They May Be Pre-qualified to Bid on the Following Project: The Project includes, without limitation, furnishing all necessary labor, materials, equipment and other incidental and appurtenant work necessary for improvements to both the Lunch Room and Men's Restroom/Shower Room at 464 N. Rexford Drive, Beverly Hills, CA 90210 as described in the drawings and specifications. The base scope of work consists of renovation and expansion of the existing Lunch Room on Level 1, as well as a new steam room and renovation of the existing toilet, shower, and vanity area at the Male Officers' locker room on Level 1. The project trades also include but are not limited to: Plumbing, Mechanical, Electrical and HVAC. All required testing and balancing reports shall be provided once the project is complete and approved by the City. A general contractor with a valid B license shall be the prime contractor. A 10% bidder's security or bid bond will be required to bid, and the selected lowest responsible bidder will be required to provide 100% performance & payment bonds.
