The current carpet installed is 16 years old, no longer meets Joint commission requirement, unsanitary condition, and seams are loose that is a safety hazard. Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, supervision, and all other necessary items for a complete and useable product in full compliance with the Scope of Work, plans, drawings, and specifications as defined in the solicitation.
