Awardees shall furnish all labor, materials and equipment necessary to complete all maintenance, repair, resurface and installation of athletic track surfaces work as specified herein. All maintenance and repair work as well as any materials that MAY be supplied by the awardees must be in accordance with the Florida Building Code, where applicable, manufacturer's specifications and accepted athletic track and playground surface maintenance, repair, resurface and installation practices. Awardee(s) shall furnish scaled drawings with track dimensions, legends and labels with track striping and event marking for proposed track refurbishment projects at no additional cost to SBBC. All repair work shall be permanent. Awardees may be required to repair, alter, remodel, add to, subtract from or improve any previous athletic track installations.

The Goal Setting Committee (GSC) has approved various industry-specific remedial affirmative procurement initiatives (APIs)
for firms that are EDDC certified as a/an Emerging, Small, Veteran, Minority, and Woman Owned Business Enterprise
(ESVMWBE). For Professional Services contracts the Local Bidder Pricing Preference applies: A Two percent (2%)
price preference is applied If Prime is SBBC Certified, and an additional one percent (1%) price preference (for a total
of 3%) is applicable for EDDC certified Asian American Business Enterprise Prime Bidders.
After the application of all other Bidder Preference Laws, Responsive, Responsible, EDDC certified ESVMWBE bidder/
proposer(s), meeting the specified requirements, and whose bids fall within two percent (2%), (Three percent 3% if applicable)
of the lowest non-EDDC certified bidder, this certified bidder/proposer will receive a price preference.
