Pirtle Construction Company, the Construction Manager Team for the Project, is Soliciting Bids From Qualified Subcontractors and Vendors for the Property Appraiser and Value Adjustment Board (Vab) Building Renovation Generator Purchase, a Leed Silver Project for Broward County Building Services. The Vab is an Existing 3-story Building of Approximately 75,000 Total Sf. The Scope Includes the Purchase of a Generator and Related Components. Pirtle Encourages the Participation of Subcontractors and Vendors That Are Certified as Cbe With Broward County. The Cbe Goal for This Project is 30%.
