Provide full design for the proposed UA park/playground from concept sketches through construction documents including project bid docs and specifications, with consideration give to retaining and/or reusing existing elements of the park for efficiency and cost effectiveness when it makes sense. 2. Assist with the surveying and vetting of alternate sites in the event Christensen Park is deemed to be unsuitable for the project. 3. Create (3) concept renderings to support future budget requests and fundraising. It is anticipated that these renderings will be provided before the project bid docs are completed. 4. Provide a construction estimate for the entire project and for individual project phases, should construction phasing become necessary. 5. Conduct/participate in a process through which a playground equipment provider is specified. 7. Develop a long-term maintenance plan and annual maintenance estimates. 8. Facilitate regular meetings with staff, project partners, and general public during the design development process, to include: a. At least bi-weekly update meetings with the City's project team, including Community Services, Public Works, Engineering, and other departments as needed. b. Confer with The Miracle League as needed to ensure that all design and materials are in compliance with their requirements. c. Two community outreach events; at least one specifically targeting residents of the Canyon Hills subdivision and at least one targeting the greater Lake Elsinore community. 9. Coordinate sub-consultants, if necessary. 10. Deliver and present final plans & supporting materials at a City Council and/or staff committee meeting.
