One system serves the Admin area and one system serves a classroom wing. New 6' tall chain link fence will house the new condensing units. Controls modification as required for new units. Minimal electrical work will be required for the one for one replacement of the units. Code minimum commissioning will be required.' Bids will only be accepted from General Contractors prequalified for this project.
