Renovation of an educational facility in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Working plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The owner has selected a Construction Manager. A timeline for construction has not yet been established. The project entails an expansion of the Tow Diehm Building student athlete spaces, including a Theater addition (approximately 2,367 SF) and a Training Room addition (approximately 2,076 SF) for the football team. The project also includes extensive renovations to create a lobby, extend the equipment room, and create a vestibule from the locker rooms. The expansion will require minor renovations in adjacent spaces (approximately 2,000 SF) as well as exterior work, including a patio, sidewalk, and retaining wall (approximately 2,000 SF). Please refer to the attached color-coded plan. The entire project budget is $6,790.000 A minimum bonding capacity in the amount of $50,000,000.00
