Reference Number 0000266346 Question Acceptance Deadline 2024/03/29 12:00:00 AM EDT Grass cutting and trimming within the township of Augusta The Contract shall be for a one-year period with the option to extend for two (2) additional one-year period by mutual agreement, assuming commodity price increase is reasonable and for good reason. Using the Consumer Price Index as an example. The agreement requires the supply of all equipment, labour, and materials to carry out cutting and trimming as per the Item Special Provisions and Contract Drawing. The Township shall determine which option will be awarded. A certified copy of a comprehensive policy of: Public liability and property damage insurance providing coverage in respect of any one accident of at least two million dollars ($2,000,000) exclusive of interest and cost, against loss or damage resulting from bodily injury to, or death of, one or more persons, and loss of or damage to property. Automobile liability insurance coverage of not less than two million dollars ($2,000,000) inclusive per occurrence.
