Location: Approximately 1.208 Miles West of the Intersection With Vt Route 8 in Searsburg And Extending Easterly Approximately 0.047 Mile. Type of Construction: Replacement of Existing Culvert With a Single Span Structure With Related Approach Roadway and Channel Work. For this proposal the Engineer's Estimate is Category E $2,500,000 - $5,000,000 During the advertisement period, all questions shall be addressed solely to the Office of Contract Administration via email: AOT.ConstructionContractingInquiry@vermont.gov. All inquiries must be received by 4:30pm on Wednesday, March 27, 2024. All bidders on this project must hold both current annual Prequalification with the Vermont Agency of Transportation through the "Contractor's Experience Questionnaire and Financial Statement" and unconditioned project-specific approval through the "Standard Form - Request for Proposal" CA-82 form This Contract shall be completed on or before October 17, 2025. The right is reserved to reject any or all bids, to waive any formality, and any and all technicalities in bids, and to accept such bids as may be deemed in the best interest of the awarding agency.
