Renovation of a municipal facility in Lake in the Hills, Illinois. Working plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
**As of March 30, 2026, bids received were rejected as they were over the budget. Project will be rebid but no definite date yet.** Prevailing Wage is required for this project. Work to be performed under this contract shall consist of furnishing all labor, machinery, tools, materials, parts and equipment necessary to remove and replace the parts listed below on a 2008 Yargus salt dome conveyor. The Village of Lake in the Hills will in no way be responsible for any extra equipment rental or charges for equipment rented by contractor that might be required to complete this contract. The project location is at the Lake in the Hills Public Works Facility in Lake in the Hills, Illinois. The Project Manager for the Village is Guy Fehrman, Superintendent of Streets. The Contractor shall complete the project by June 1, 2026.
