Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; for outdoor lighting for a road / highway; playground / park / athletic field; for the construction of a 300-square-foot, two-story above grade playground / park / athletic field; and for the renovation of a 288-square-foot, two-story above grade playground / park / athletic field.

Sealed Proposals will be opened in the Board Room at the above location and will be awarded to the individual presenting the lowest, best, responsible, and responsive bid. Late proposals will not be accepted after this time for any reason. Baseball / Softball Field Buildings & Supplemental Projects Package 1 - Buildings & Concrete Provide and install the following: new two story split-face press box, approximately 300 sq ft with storage on first floor; two new split face dugouts, home side 10' x 40' plus storage and visitor side 10' x 30' with no storage, with shingled roofs; bleachers, baseball capacity - 282 plus 6 wheelchair seats and softball capacity - 200 on each side; and bleacher pad that wraps around the backstop; approximately 625 LF of asphalt drives 8' wide; electrical to press box, dugouts, scoreboard and field lights; renovate a two story 12' X 12' press box, approximately 288 sq ft. Package 2 - Lighting System: Baseball, Softball, and Football fields Provide and install the following: baseball - 8 70' galvanized steel poles with lighting systems; softball 6 70' galvanized steel poles with lighting systems; football - LED replacement for 4 poles and include a show light option. Package 3 - Fencing Provide and install the following: softball - black vinyl coated chain link fencing, 30' set of foul poles; baseball - black vinyl coated chain link fence backstop system, 100 LF of 30' tall chain link fence in right field outfield, 4' tall black vinyl coated chain link fence in front of dugouts; 30' set of foul poles.
