Ties shall be new, creosote treated, Grade 5 hardwood and 100% end plated. Cost of tie to include freight to the Port of Lake Charles, 150 Marine Street, Lake Charles, LA 70601. Prices are to be held for (1) year from the date of award. Allows zero unit prices and labor No Allows negative unit prices and labor No ANY deviations from the specifications outlined herein MUST BE NOTED at the time of the bid submittal, and the Port reserves the right to make a determination as to the quality of the deviation.
