Saving Project...

Renovation of an educational facility in Palmerton, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 22,500-square-foot educational facility.

The project includes limited roof demolition of an existing approximately 20,000 square foot modified bituminous roof & shingle and associated components to existing metal roof deck and overlay with a new EPDM roof and associated components with a 20 year roof warranty base bid. Bidding document questions shall be directed to Crabtree, Rohrbaugh & Associates, Attention: Bidding Department, email: bidding@cra-architects.com. All questions pertaining to the Contract Documents, technical sections, legal documents, and bid submission shall be directed in writing to: Jeff Straub AIA, Project Manager, email: jstraub@cra-architects.com. Palmerton Area School District reserves the right in its sole discretion to reject any or all Bids and to waive irregularities in any Bid The Project consists of selective demolition and replacement of the existing roofs at S.S. Palmer Elementary School, approximately 22,500 square feet as indicated on the construction documents (contractor to verify quantity in field). Replacement works includes limited tear-off of existing roof system as identified on Contract Documents and specifications and supply of materials and labor for the construction of new roofing system and associated components including but not limited to insulation, blocking, metal fascia, flashing, ladders, downspouts and roof drain replacement of parts as specified and indicated on drawings and specifications.
