Wastewater Treatment Plant Heat Pump to Boiler Conversion/MAU Replacement. Site Address: 412 Irving Access Loop SW Est. Completion Date: Oct. 30, 2024 Project includes the removal of an existing water to water heat pump, heat exchanger and related pumps and trim. Also includes the removal of an existing make-up air unit, duct furnace and venting. The installation of (3) natural gas boilers, related pumps and piping, unit heaters, and new make-up air unit. Additional Description: TIME OF COMPLETION. Successful bidder shall begin the work on receipt of the Notice to Proceed and shall complete the Work within the Contract Time of 100% completion by October 30, 2024. If the contractor fails to complete the work within the contract time, the Contractor shall pay to the Owner as liquidated damages, the sum of $500 per day past the agreed completion date. Question Deadline 03/26/2024 Bidders and Sub-bidders requesting clarification or interpretation of the Bidding Documents shall make a written request which shall be received by the Architect/Engineer at leastseven days prior to the date for receipt of Bids.
