Reference Number 0000266507 Question Acceptance Deadline 2024/03/29 04:00:00 PM EDT The Work consists of the provision of Scheduled Preventive Maintenance work and On Demand replacement and repair work for furnaces and hot water tanks in residential dwellings located throughout the OCH portfolio. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Contract, the term of this Contract commences on May 22, 2024 (the "Commencement Date") and continues in effect for a period of three (3) years (the "Term"). At the end of the first contract period, OCH shall have the option to extend the Contract for an additional two (2), twelve (12) month periods. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
