This request for Prequalification is an invitation by Trent University to prospective respondents to qualify for Architectural Services on an “as required” basis to support building renewals and interior renovations, infrastructure services, campus landscape, and maintenance projects with estimated construction costs of up to $15,000,000.00. The purpose of the RFPQ process is to enable Trent University to develop two (2) distinct qualified lists of architectural firms to use for projects that will require estimated architectural fees from $100,000.01 – $500,000.00 and $500,000.01 - $1,500,000.00. The Prequalification will be for a three (3) year term, commencing July 1, 2024. Further requests for architectural firms to apply for inclusion on this list will not be published. The estimated contract period will be 36 month(s).
