Renovation of a parking garage in Toronto, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a parking garage.
Without Limiting the Scope of the Contract, the Work Shall Generally Consist of the Following, but Not Necessarily in the Order Outlined Below: .1 the Parking Lots Will Continue Operation for the Duration of Construction. Contractor to Coordinate With Tpa Operations. .2 Make Necessary Provisions for Hoarding/fencing and Enclosing the Construction Work Areas. .3 Take All Necessary Protective Measures to Control Dust and Debris, Including Safety Provisions. .4 This Summary of Work is Intended to Provide Basic Identification of the Work, for the Contractor to Determine Upfront, the Nature of the Work Involved in This Contract. In No Way Shall This Section Be Interpreted as Being a Full Representation of the Work of This Contract. .5 It is the Contractor's Sole Responsibility to Examine the Commercial Documents, Specifications and Drawings Issued to Establish/determine Total Scope of Work. .6 Supply All Labour, Material, Tools, Equipment, Transportation, and Supervision Necessary to Perform Demolition of the Existing Redundant Elements and Elements Being Replaced as Outlined Below. The Toronto Parking Authority is planning to replace emergency generators at the following locations: 1) 37 Queen Street East (Car Park No. 26) 2) 75 Holly Street (Car Park No. 29) 3) 2 Church Street (Car Park No. 43) Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
