The City of Fairhope is requesting responses from qualified contractors to provide all labor, materials, and equipment to design, furnish, deliver and erect a 60' x 56' x 18+' stepped-foundation, pre-engineered Metal Building, including foundation system, with cast-in-place stem wall and pilasters, to support column reactions per the applicable Building Code. Awarded Vendor shall provide fully compliant, signed and sealed engineering documents for review, approval and submission for building permit as part of the bid.
