Pricing must include all fees. No additional charges will be allowed. Grand Total Bid Price (Lump Sum Bid for ALL Four (4) Locations) Enter the grand total lump sum into Public Purchase from the completed Pricing Worksheet "Attachment A" AND upload a copy of the entire completed bid packet. Each bid shall be submitted only upon that form. Right is reserved to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities or irregularities in any bid or in the bidding.
