The City of Roseville is soliciting bids for the Basketball Courts Renovation Project as described in the specifications provided. Bid will be based on the lowest responsive, responsible bidder (lump sum bid). Quote your best price for Basketball Courts Renovation Project FOB to the City of Roseville (with delivery included in price) inn accordance with all specifications, terms, conditions, and attachments of RFQ . Pricing must include all fees. No additional charges will be allowed. Grand Total Bid Price (Lump Sum Bid for ALL Four (4) Locations) Enter the grand total lump sum into Public Purchase from the completed Pricing Worksheet "Attachment A" AND upload a copy of the entire completed bid packet. Each bid shall be submitted only upon that form. Right is reserved to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities or irregularities in any bid or in the bidding. Bid bond in the amount of 10% of the total bid amount is required. A labor and materials payment bond and a faithful performance bond in the amount of 100% of the total amount of the bid shall be furnished by the successful bidder in accordance with Paragraph 10 of Terms and Conditions of Invitation for Bid. The awarded bidder may be required to deliver basketball equipment and supplies to the respective basketball court sites at no additional cost to the City. Additional charges (i.e. fuel surcharge, delivery fee, small/minimum order fee, etc.) shall not be allowed.
