Danville Tennis Center Exterior Upgrades EXTERIOR UPGRADE DESCRIPTION o (2) overhead commercial insulated garage doors with vertical lift track, one strut, top seal, and clip-on seal. o (2) 6070 X 5 3/4 '' X 2'' steel frame with 3070 steel entry doors, with all hardware. o Clean and prep exterior roof and siding, in preparation for paint. o Coat the South building roof with Black Jack Elasto-Kool 1000 white siliconized. o Two coats of PITT-TECH PLUS EP DTM Acrylic Satin for corrosion resistance. o A primer must be used on all bare metal substrates. o Cuppa coffee for walls and Oxford brown for doors/trims Prime bidders shall check with the City within 72 hours before the RFQ opening to confirm any addenda affecting bidding. The successful Bidder's security will be retained until the contract has been signed and the project is completed. The City reserves the right to retain the security of the next lowest bidder until a contract has been signed or until sixty (60) days following the RFQ opening, whichever is shorter. All other bid securities shall be returned as soon as practicable. Award of Contract may include full consideration of completion time and substitutions. The City intends to have all work completed no later than July 1, 2024.
