The Owner is the Sullivan County Division of Public Works and the work site is located in the Town of Highland. The projects includes installation of an on-site temporary detour bridge, installation of cofferdam and temporary waterway diversion structure, demolition of the existing bridge, construction of new cast-in-place concrete spillway and new bridge with metalized steel girders and concrete deck, installation of four-rail bridge railings and approach railings, full depth pavement reconstruction, and site restoration. The total project limits encompass approximately 900 linear feet. The Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Utilization Goal is 6%. The Equal Employment Opportunity goal for Minority Participation is 17% and the Women Participation goal is 6.9%. The Sullivan County reserves the right to waive any informality in, or to reject any or all Bids. Bids may be held by Sullivan County for a period not to exceed forty-five (45) calendar days from the date of the Bid Opening for the purpose of reviewing the Bids and investigating qualifications of Bidders prior to awarding the Contract.
