Reference number : 1821543 Deadline for receiving complaints: 2024-03-28 Electronically transmitted submission accepted: Yes, via the SEAO, with a document By this notice, the Cégep de Lanaudière is requesting bids for redevelopment work for the new respiratory therapy technique, for its establishment located at 180 rue Dorval, L'Assomption, J5W 6C1, the documents of which are available via this site. The start of work is scheduled for June 3, 2024 for acceptance with reservations on July 19, 2024. The project involves the redevelopment of existing premises in order to create a laboratory for the new respiratory therapy technique as well as administrative offices. This redevelopment includes the demolition of partitions and ceilings including a portion of work in asbestos conditions, a floor repair, the addition of interior doors and windows as well as partitions, electricity and plumbing in order to create the necessary spaces. The laboratory will have medical gas piping and equipment. Finally, the Cégep de Lanaudière does not undertake to accept either the lowest of the bids received or any of the bids received, particularly when it judges that the prices are too high or disproportionate or do not reflect their fair value.
