Anticipated Award Date 4/18/2024 SCOPE The work included under this section shall consist of removing and disposing of sidewalks, roadway pavement, trees, and miscellaneous walls and clearing and grubbing, each in accordance with these specifications or as directed by the Engineer. Any damage to existing utility components, drainage structures or other miscellaneous items caused by neglect or carelessness on the part of the contractor, shall be repaired immediately in a manner satisfactory to the Engineer. The term of the Contract shall be beginning July 1, 2024 and expiring June 30, 2025. The Town will have the option to renew for 4 additional years July 1 through June 30 of each year inclusive. The Town may renew this agreement until absolute expiration of the last day of June year of 2029. A bid bond in the amount of five percent of total bid as stated shall accompany bid Contractor shall provide at time of bid award a performance bond for 100% of total job estimated cost by a company acceptable by the Town of North Providence and authorized by the State of Rhode Island to provide said bond.
