Renovation of an educational facility in Morton, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
As of May 9, 2024 the project was awarded to the following contractors: General Construction – DK Construction Services, LLC - $139,800 and Electrical Construction - JT Electrical, LLC - $164,500. Project Description The Project consists of door reconfigurations, limited wall work, finish and electrical upgrades to the main lobby space at DCIU Morton Campus. Each Bid Form must be accompanied by certified check, bank check, cashiers check, treasurers check or Bid Bond in the form included herein in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the Bid drawn to the order of the Delaware County Intermediate Unit. Performance Bond One hundred percent (100%) of the amount of the Contract Sum (b) Payment Bond One hundred percent (100%) of the amount of the Contract Sum. Final completion of the project shall be no later than 16 August, 2024. Bidders requiring clarification or interpretation of the Bidding Documents shall submit written requests to the Architect, which shall be received by the Architect no later than seven (7) calendar days prior to the date for receipt of Bids Question Deadline 03/28/2024. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities and irregularities
