Yucaipa-Calimesa Joint Unified School District ("District") acting by and through its Governing Board, hereinafter referred to as the District, will receive sealed bids for the award of contracts for: RFP#1-23/24 Cal SHAPE HVAC Assessments Districtwide. Bidders are advised that this contract is a public work, as of March 1, 2015 all contractors and subcontractors bidding on a public work project shall be registered with the Department of Industrial Relations pursuant to Labor Code section 1725.5. Online. Yucaipa-Calimesa Joint Unified School District is now utilizing the California Uniform Construction Cost Accounting Act (CUPCCAA). Representatives of the District will be present to address any questions bidders may have regarding this Project. To be eligible to bid on this job, you must submit your application with Quality Bidders no later than Ten (10) days before the bid opening. (March 28, 2024) Each bidder shall be a licensed contractor in California pursuant to the Business and Professions Code and shall be licensed in the appropriate classification(s) of contractor's license(s), for the work bid upon, and must maintain the license throughout the duration of the Contract. This job requires a minimum of a "C-20" license. The District reserves the right to reject any or all bids and/or waive any irregularities or informalities in any bid or in the bid process.
