Bidders must be pre-qualified by the New Jersey Department of Treasury, Division of Property Management and Construction (DPMC) in one of the following categories, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 18A:18A-27.1, et.seq.: (C066) ROOFING MEMBRANE EPDM (C068) ROOFING MEMBRANE MODIFIED BITUMEN (C069) ROOFING URETHANE (C070) ROOFING-BUILT UP Bidders shall also either be prequalified for, or include documentation for prequalified subcontractors for, the following listed classifications: N/A Bidders and subcontractors for each of the major branches of work specified in N.J.S.A. 18A:18A-18 must be prequalified by the DPMC.
